Qiaoyin Wang (Jonny) is an Investment Manager with experience spanning the deal lifecycle. His current responsibilities include deal sourcing and analysis, leveraging his background in both accounting and operations gained through roles in audit and transaction advisory.

Jonny has experience with deals across multiple phases, from pre-transaction due diligence through post-deal integration. During his tenure at PwC’s Deals team as a Consultant, he worked on pre-deal operational due diligence, carve-out due diligence, and post-deal integration projects. His project experience includes healthcare, manufacturing, and retail sectors, providing him with cross-industry insights that inform his investment analysis.

Prior to his consulting role, Jonny developed his accounting and financial reporting skills as an Auditor at Deloitte for two years, where he focused on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry. 

Jonny is a graduate of Lehigh University, where he earned his Master’s degree in Accounting Information and Analysis. His practical experience at leading professional services firms has equipped him with analytical skills and technical knowledge relevant to investment management.

Jonny’s combined background in accounting and operations enables him to evaluate investment opportunities from both financial and operational perspectives. His experience throughout the deal cycle has given him insights into due diligence processes, value creation opportunities, and integration challenges.
